RESPONSABILITATI

- Carries out required monitoring, logging and reporting tasks.
- Takes action on known errors and documented workarounds, logging such actions and advising supervisor or specialists when management or specialist attention is required.
- Responds to enquiries from users, specialists and others and takes appropriate action within defined limits of responsibility to deal with processing priorities, running tests, or facilitating and overseeing installation, removal, upgrading and repair of equipment.
- Receives and handles requests for information and support, and provides routine advice to users on systems, products and services which are available to them.
- Provides an effective interface between users and service providers, including documenting problems, progress checking, and ensuring all diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis.
- Assists users to make more effective use of desk-top systems, products and services, making initial diagnosis of problems and advising known solutions where applicable.
- For all products, services and systems within own area of responsibility, demonstrates, installs, and commissions desk-top systems and their routine upgrades. Provides information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities, etc


CERINTE

The candidate we are looking for should have the following set of skills:
- IT University degree
- IT / Networking / Telecommunications knowledge
- Good knowledge of English
- Good communication skills, open personality
- Troubleshooting skills
