RESPONSABILITATI

- Deliver technical level 1&2 support directly to Endava Partner's clients (leading UMTS operators) worldwide customer base.
- Occasional travel abroad to resolve high severity issues or assist in the deployments of the 3G video streaming software solution.
- Reproducing and providing workarounds for the issues raised by the customer.
- Work closely with QA and development team in isolating, testing and resolving software issues.


CERINTE

- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Solid, hands-on understanding of Windows operating systems and networking.
- Self-starter who works well both independently and in teams.
- Ability to work under deadline.
- Willing to travel abroad and work on-site with UMTS Operator's engineers under challenging conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Wireless telecommunications, video encoding and streaming knowledge is a plus.
