RESPONSABILITATI

This job will get you busy with
- Coordinating and being an interface between the German customer (market leading automotive company) and the offshore support team;
- A good understanding of technologies and a very good technical understanding (2nd and 3rd level support knowledge) are an advantage;
- The Application Developer should have 1-2 years of experience in Application Maintenance area, knowledge in Mainframe technologies is an advantage.
- Should be able to work on L2 and L3 support and respond to user tickets in timely manner.
- Should be able to suggest workaround/alternative to problems faced by users.
- Should provide resolutions to user issues, problems, queries.


CERINTE

Basic Qualifications:
- University degree in the IT field (or comparable) is considered an advantage;
- Good communication skills (English, German) and proactive participation in providing innovative ideas and solutions;
- Experience in Industry Applications;
- Flexibility and precision;
- Availability for a short/long term working opportunity at the customers’ locations (in EU Countries).

Professional Skill Requirements
- Good technical understanding in general;
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support is required (IBM mainframe technologies: IMS, DB2, PL/I, OPC, JLC, Optional- AI, EAI are an advantage).
