Ce asteptam de la tine :
- Sa te implici activ in derularea proiectelor de recrutare ;
- Sa lucrezi simultan in mai multe proiecte de recrutare cu dead-line-uri stricte;
- Sa intocmesti rapoartele periodice privind activitatile specifice Departamentului de Resurse Umane;
- Sa faci screening-ul CV-urilor, sa sustii interviuri de selectie, sa evaluezi candidatii;
- Sa fii la curent in permanenta cu noi surse de identificare a candidatilor;
- Sa improspatezi in permanenta baza de date pentru recrutare ;
Doresti sa lucrezi intr-o companie in plina dezvoltare?

Ce asteptari avem:
- Sa fii absolvent/a de studii superioare;
- Sa ai experienta minim 1 an in domeniul resurselor umane (recrutare, evaluare, administrare de personal);
- Sa ai experienta intr-o companie din domeniul IT (constituie avantaj);
- Sa ai disponibilitate pentru lucru cu dead-line-uri stricte;
- Sa ai abilitati de comunicare si de relationare; rezistenta la stres, adaptabilitate la sarcini de lucru multiple si variate, flexibilitate, organizare;
- Sa cunosti o limba straina de circulatie internationala (engleza/franceza);
- Sa cunosti PC la nivel avansat
