- Working with the Analysts and the Development teams to develop a thorough understanding of the product and its capabilities
- Creating detailed test plans and estimation of resource required to implement
- Manual execution of test plans
- Creating and running automated test scripts
- Managing defect identification, traking and resolution
- Ensuring adherence to ISO/CE/FDA standards, guidelines and that the QMS standards are met and maintained
- Assisting with audits (both internal and from customers)
- Product release and if required, product recall
- Creation of User Manuals and on-line Help text
- Assisting with customer support to resolve issues
- Thorough knowledge of structured tests methods and processes
- Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces
- Proficient with MS Office (at least Word/Excel)
- Minimum 2 years experience software testing in a professional environment including creating and executing manual software test plans
- Managing test plan implementation on multiple small projects concurrently
- Exposure to automated test tools
