In aceasta calitate veti contribui la elaborarea solutiilor si implementarea aplicatiilor software specifice domeniului comunicatiilor in autovehicule.
Un prim proiect este implementarea unui editor de baze de date ODX folosind Java Eclipse Platform. ODX (Open Diagnostic Exchange), este un standard ASAM/ISO si are la baza formatul XML.
Urmatoarele proiecte vor fi legate de dezvoltarea si mentenanta aplicatiilor din familia de produse DTS (Diagnostic Tool Set). Aceste aplicatii sunt folosite intensiv de catre producatorii auto si furnizorii lor de sisteme electronice de comunicatii si control.
Responsabilitatea dumneavoastra va acoperi dezvoltarea de aplicatii object oriented (GUI, multithreading, multitiered, real-time) utilizand Visual C++ (MFC, COM)

SoftingRom was founded early 2005 in Cluj-Napoca as a development division of Softing A.G. Munich.

In the industrial automation area, SoftingRom has competences and experience in building diagnostic and control systems for PROFIBUS, PROFINET networks, in networking and configuring field devices for Modbus, Hart networks or in testing the real time Ethernet systems built at Softing Munich (PROFINET IO).

SoftingRom is involved actively in the Automotive Electronics area in the enhancement of the series of software tools grouped in the so called Diagnostic Tool Set, which provides highly specialized features for specifying and engineering ECUs (Electronic Control Units) as well as test systems and communication platforms for Test, Manufacturing and Service.
We are also participating in the process of the development of ECU software interfaces, by gathering progressive experience in communication protocols like CAN, LIN, FlexRay and application standards as ASAM, ODX and AUTOSAR.
