- To assure the construction will be developed according with the project;
- To plan, organize and control job performance of the subordinate personnel in terms of delivering time limits, acquired quantities, prices and quality;
- To supervise the works on site managing all the issue related with the construction process and monitoring the overall planning;
- To deal with claims and/or extra works presented by the contractors;
- To coordinate several contractors on site under the planning point of view.
- Graduate of a Technical University -Civil Engineering Degree;
- Previous experience on a similar position in the construction site working on projects (minimum 3 years);
- Ability to lead a team and maintain good relationships with clients and team members;
- Personal maturity and standing;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English (mandatory criterion);
- Clean driving license (B Category);
- PC Skills (MSOffice - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Autocad).
