On behalf of our client, a multinational company having the headquarter in Austria, leader on the outlet market, dealing with famous brands in sport and fashion field, we are looking for a Shop Manager.
Management of the entire shop activity, pro-active development and optimization of all selling opportunity;
Maximize sales and exceed customer’s expectations;
Promote and sell the image of the brand;
Ensure that all operational areas are maintained in standards and procedures: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration and security of the location, presentation of the shop;
Coach and develop the team members;
Develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential;
Ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its value.
Experience in selling; previous experience in a middle managerial positions it’s a plus;
Constant customer-orientated attitude;
Leadership;
Result orientated; responsible and well-organized person; rigorousness;
People management; communication and negotiation abilities; ability to work in collaboration/ team-work;
Very good German, English would be a plus;
Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, reliable, eager to learn, openness/integrity;
Availability to travel.
