RESPONSABILITATI

Focus area:
- maximize sales and exceed customers¿ expectations whilst adhering to Orange Shop policies and procedures.
- effectively manage all available resources in order to maximize Shop profitability.

Responsibilities & activities:
- maximize sales through effective sales floor management
- proactively develop initiatives in order to optimize local market opportunities
- ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of service standards and product knowledge in order to grow the customer base
- coach and develop the team members
- develop and manage the performance of the shop team to achieve its full potential whilst following Orange Shop policies and procedures
- ensure that all operational areas are maintained in line with Orange Shop standards: stock management and control, cash management and control, administration of the location, the presentation of the shop
- ensure that the shop operates effectively
- ensure that the shop and personal presentation standards are permanently applied in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values

Qualifications required:
University degree, good PC skills, at least 2 years management experience, relevant sales experience, fluency in English
