RESPONSABILITATI

•Build, develop and manage a high quality team that enjoys full independence from other business units in the group;
•Lead and demonstrate behaviour that investigates issues thoroughly (legislation compliance, service deficiencies, data problems, etc) – find correct solutions – propose them clearly and professionally to decision makers – and build a team of like-minded people who will execute on decisions efficiently and effectively;
•Visit different offices in the Group as required;
•Build a team that is multi-skilled and multi-disciplined so that service can be delivered over periods of planned and unplanned; absence. Rotate the team through the roles to enable the 365 service offer;
•Contribute to developing, refining and enforcing financial controls across the group;
•Maintain excellent record keeping and data management;
•Deliver timely and accurate reports to the business managers as directed;
•Provide information to external auditors each year as required;
•Participate in the development and user acceptance testing of internal systems which the team will use day to day;
•Manage remotely, the localised office staff and provide leadership and guidance as required;
•Deliver department costs to an agreed budget & to agreed KPIs.
