- Very good knowledge of service procedures, networking infrastructure, Microsoft applications;
- Good knowledge of functioning and administration Microsoft Windows 2000,XP , Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 Server;
- Excellent comunication skills
- Task and performance oriented;
- Able to work under pressure and against dead-lines;
- Driving licence.
