RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinate a team of up to 10 staff on specific
projects by providing direction and purpose
Report on the team results against the desired KPI's and action upon any threat in not 4 meeting the results
Be a coach for the team and coordinate training according to needs
Motivate the team and get the buy-in towards the team goals
Facilitate communication to all stakeholders on behalf of the team


CERINTE

Experienced in working on a Client Services Team Leader position
Fluent in English at least (Cl)
Fast learner, with strong problem solving skills
Motivated, responsible, team player, having very good communication skills
Open to work with very demanding customers, leaders in their industries, and deliver to tight deadlines
Familiar with computer hardware and software
