RESPONSABILITATI

One of the world's leading system suppliers of carton packaging for beverages and food has opened a new Business Shared Services for IT Support in Cluj and is looking for IT passionate candidates to work and to learn in a global team.

The objective for this position is to provide first level support and troubleshooting for the employees across Europe. Restoring IT services as quick as possible in case of IT or equipment malfunction to minimise adverse impact on the organisation. Request fulfilment and user support for an international organisation.
Call acceptance in English and German language.
Prioritization and precategorization of inquiries.
Analysing and prioritized remedying of Incidents/Service Requests within agreed Service Levels.
Dispatching of tickets to other relevant support groups if needed.
Documentation of incidents and solutions in the Ticketing system in comprehensible form.
Communication about state and solution to the customer".


CERINTE

- 2 to 4 years experiences in IT Service Desk organisations;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (minimum Windows 7), Microsoft Office 2010 and newer and all relevant IT-infrastructure issues. Additional basic Network and Active Directory knowledge;
- Microsoft Office, experiences in IT Ticketing systems ;
- Knowledge of German language;
- ITIL knowledge regarding Incident & Request Fulfilment processes
- Very good communication skills.
- Good analyzing and problem solving techniques taking customers seriously.
