Your role as a Service Delivery Coordinator will be to coordinate all (internal and external) Service Delivery organizations services with the set requirements (both functional and non-functional). Your main responsibilities will include:
Validating requests for the creation of IT solutions.
Coordinating Service Delivery Organizations in response to Solution requests.
Receiving and processing Requests for Change (RfC s).
Performing initial filtering acceptance/rejection of RfC s.
Validating initial priority of requests.
Validating initial category.
Monitoring the progress of Requests for Change (RfC s) during construction and test activities.
Ensuring the adherence of built solutions to the Regional IT standards.
Coordinating promotion to production of builds.
Ensuring an adequate review takes place.
Closing Change record.
- A Bachelor of Science;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project or IT Change Management execution;
- Good knowledge and understanding of CMMI, ITIL;
- Fluent English writing and communication skills;
- Oganization and administrative skills;
- The ability to interact with different cultures.
