Coordinate all field service interventions from taking in the needs of the customer till check the service reports of the technician. (verify, decide, plan, schedule, assign, support, check the report, propos the invoice)
Parts management: Verify the needed part, offer, order, shipping, prepare for pick-up, stock management for warehouse and service vans.
First level support for technical request (Hotline). Verify, advice, coordinate 2nd level support.
Keep and maintain all customer and intervention data actual and add new customers, machines, suppliers, parts in FMS (Filed Management System).
