RESPONSABILITATI

Major Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the client’s SQA efforts at offshore location. Provide direction and mentor SQA team member at offshore location
• Responsible for assisting client’s SQA Lead in developing test cases and test procedures
• Responsible for ensuring that test plans are maintained and up to date at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring that all release builds of products pass their respective test plans in entirety prior to their release


CERINTE

Required: Senior SQA – Offshore Lead who will design and lead software test plan development and execution through an ongoing series of projects for a major client.
• Experience in managing and/or coordinating SQA team.
• Work closely with the client’s SQA lead to ensure the product is compliant to design requirement/specifications.
• Implement test plans and report all non-conformances to the client’s SQA Lead and other relevant project members
• Develop, maintain and report statistical information relating to product quality and defect rates
• Maintain defect analysis using HP Quality Center and perform Regression testing when defects are fixed

Qualifications:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently lead a SQA effort at offshore location.
• Excellent knowledge of SQA methodologies and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using both local and English language.
• Demonstrate effective analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting release timeframes

Skills/Experience:
5+ years overall SQA experience including 2-3 years as SQA Lead.
Prior Experience with HP Quality Center is a Plus

Education/Training Requirements:
B.S. or M.S. degree.

Travel:
Open to international travel.
