- Test all products in multiple web-browsers and OS environments
- Manage daily tasks in a productive fashion without directions from management
- Assistance in bug testing of new software features and regression fixes
- Validate the applications prior to release cycles
- Suggest improvements and new features
- At least 2 years of experience in testing web applications
- Excellent English skills
- Understanding of web applications (J2EE, Apache, Linux, DBMS)
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux
- Strong background in computer science and system analysis
- Flash/Actionscript/Flex is a huge bonus
