* At least 2-3 years of industry experience AFTER graduation
* Experience writing enterprise strength Java / J2EE code.
* Experience with full project lifecycle including strong design, implementation and testing.
* Web: HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ajax, MVC Architectures, Struts, Spring, Spring MVC
* XML Skills: XML Schemas, XSDs, XSL, XPath, writing DOM / SAX parsers, JDOM
* Application Servers, any of: Tomcat / Geronimo, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere
Should have experience installing and deploying new applications to the environment.
* Database: JDBC, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Ingres.
* Nice to have - Portals, any of: JetSpeed, LifeRay, JSR-168
* Nice to have - Content Management, any of:
