Relevant experience of commercial web development
Good knowledge and experience with Java and J2EE frameworks
Knowledge with Spring, Spring Security, Spring WS, Spring MVC, JQuery, Richfaces, JSF/Faceletes
DB Knowledge: Sybase; Oracle, SQL
Good knowledge of Agile Development, Scrum Methodology
Proven track record of delivering a mission critical, high volume enterprise web applications
Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies
Fluent in English
