• Analyze requirements, designs solutions and proposes technologies and architectures
• Implement and test software according to required quality standards
• Respect quality processes, as defined by the standards used
• Writes mission-critical code
• Verifies work written by others in order to meet coding style and readability guidelines, functional, technical and security requirements
• Enables knowledge progress inside the team by pro-actively suggesting better solutions and new technologies that are relevant to the team
• Reviews code
• Very good knowledge of Java language in the context of enterprise development
• Experience with JSP, JSF, Spring, JEE, Servlet, Tomcat, Struts, Hibernate, GWT (Google web toolkit)
• Solid experience in commercial application development for enterprise Java projects
• Good knowledge of SQL and enterprise databases
• Extensive experience in implementing complex software solutions by means of multi-paradigm programming languages and advanced computer systems knowledge
• Ability to define and explain to others the architecture of complex enterprise applications
• Able to estimate modules, complex functionality with high accuracy.
• P Able to anticipate problems, describe them to the customer and offer practical solutions
• Pro-active, result-oriented, able to work independently and motivated in delivering high-quality work and in supporting others to achieve the same
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
