Adecco Professional Placement hiring for its customer a multinationa company in high technology, Senior Finance Accountant– part time job, for 11 months.
Job responsanibity
To keep correct and in time, in according to Romanian Finance and Accountant low the finance and accountant registrations and reports for the Cluj workpoint.
Job Profile:
Preparation of monthly financial accounts
Completion of the month-end close process
Completion of accurate analysis of accruals and prepayments
Completion of bank reconciliations
Responsibility for fixed assets – acquisitions, disposals, transfers, tagging of assets etc.
Preparation of salaries. allowances etc for monthly payroll processingVerification of T&E expenses for payment – receipts , coding on SAP etc.
Completion and submission of regulatory returns – periodic income taxes, corporation taxes , VAT , VIES, Intrastat etc
Distribution and recording of petty cash.
Coding and submission of 3rd party invoices for processing and payment by the AP group in Ireland.
General administration and site duties and responsibilities
Essential job functions:
Strong background in finance and financial systems with extensive financial accounting experience.
Advanced English language is mandatory
Good ERP soft knowledges ( SAP- is nice to have)
Candidate Profile:
At least 5 years in a similar position
