- Management of real estate investments;
- Management of mortgage loans through a front-office module;
- Management of given loans;
- Enterprise Resource Planning;
- Customer Relationship Management / Sales Force Automation.
Technologies: SQL server, .Net, Delphi.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be to develop software systems, you will participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements. You will solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, help with task allocation and tracking if delegated by the TL, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team, tutor junior developers.
- Very good knowledge of Delphi BDS 2006;
- Active experience with Delphi;
- Experience in working with SQL Server, T-SQL;
- Knowledge of OOA-OOP, UML, ability to participate in the design of software products;
- Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge and experience in the financial domain, especially in loan management;
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
