The position involves procurement of textile accessoire s/fashion components and includes the following tasks:
- market analysis, scouting for new suppliers
- lead the sourcing process: RFx, tenders
- evaluate suppliers
- negotiate contract terms
- undertake cost and financial analysis for each supplier
- issue activity reports to the purchasing manager manager
- University degree Fashion Design Degrees:
Associate & Bachelor Degrees In the Arts/ Fine Arts
- Certificate Programs/Coursework In:
Art, Fashion and Design will be a plus
- hands-on experience in procurement
- good master of tendering procedures, negotiation techniques, supplier management
- knowledge of public acquisition procedure (a plus)
- knowledge of project management (a plus)
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent in English
- strong reporting skills in ERP, MRP or SAP
