Analyze, interpret and integrate all data captured in order to provide relevant documents for decision making:
- prepare, write and update mostrly clinical, but also R&D, Regulatory, Marketing etc. related documents: articles investigatore brochures, protocols, clinical reports, presentations, Papers, summaries, expert reports
- Assess the general importance of incoming information / data
- Analyze the information in terms of content , priorities / timming for dissemination, target audience, optimal dissemination channels
- In the context of reports, momo’s answer to specific questions, put the informatio in perspective to ensure an appropiate interpretation and use by the client
Identify and anticipate information needs on scientific/ clinical matters and other business related issues:
- Clarify needs in terms of content, urgency, timing, priorities
- Keep up with relevant scientfic literature and current developments and business directions in pharmaceutical industry
- - attend and contribute to relevant client meetings
Capture relevant data/ information:
- Conduct database searches for refferance materials
- Identify and investigate ( new) tools for information / data capture
- Set up networks in order to improve the capture of unpublish or less accesible information
Ensure the timely dissemination of relevant information and document to each target audience:
- Coordinate the circulation of document for review/ approval / information
- Select the appropiate communication tool in function of the information / data to disseminat, the target audiency and the urgency
- Adapt information ( content + presentation ) in function of the choosen tool, audience
Ensure the follow proper achieving, version control and security procedures of documents
Develop, implement and monitor „good documentation practices”
Education & Skills:
- Master degree in life science, indeally in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical sciences or Medical Sciences.
- Abbility to write fluent in English is a must
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
