For one of our clients, the most experienced company active in the challenging and fast-moving environment of life insurance, we are looking for a Sales Training Coordinator, based in Timisoara or Cluj-Napoca.
Responsibilities:
Designing training materials for the Direct Sales Force;
Delivering training for the direct sales force;
Working closely with branch management and sales management to assess needs and design training programmes to meet the needs;
Monitoring the quality of the organized training throughout the region;
Recruiting, selecting and developing agency trainers;
Training the trainers according to specific programs;
Coordinating agency trainers’ activity and ensuring necessary logistics information.
University degree;
Insurance specific training (represents a plus);
English language – conversational level;
PC skills – Microsoft Office;
Minimum 6 months of experience on the insurance market, in a sales/ training position;
Minimum 2 years of training experience;
Sales training experience - preferably;
Excellent communication abilities;
Good planning skills;
Flexibility, autonomy, open to travel in region.
Working in a professional environment;
