RESPONSABILITATI

The single objective of the Sales Team Lead is to increase the conversion rate of registration and leads to Ready to Apply Customer, i.e. customer due a tax refund who has submitted the documents needed, through the effective sales management of the team of agents.

This is to be achieved through practical skill development, training, monitoring and implementation with the designate staff.
The Team Lead will ensure the conversion rate is increased. S/he will
 Ensure that all the agents are trained in the sales structure and techniques
 Through practical telephone monitoring and parallel sessions listen to the agent and give specific feedback and improvements.
 Ensure agents fully understand and are able to implement sales calls with all techniques taught
 Ensure agents achieve call targets, customer chase campaign targets.
 Increase personal agent and team conversion rates.
 Identify any other changes needed to increase conversion. Any such which are not specific to the sales call and agent will be implemented by the support operations TL.


CERINTE

Profile of Sales Team Lead:
 Three years experience as a sales agent
 Two or more years experience as a sales Team Lead or equivalent role, preferably in a call center.
 Proven ability to evaluate a sales call and identify areas for improvement; identify methods to improve this and train sales agent in implementation of this improvement.
 Fluent English, Russian is a plus
 Hunger to realize targets and get aggressive bonuses
