• Ensures the achievement of sales targets established by the company; direct involvement in the sales process;
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with clients, customers;
• Advices and trains clients concerning Zapp products and services;
• Receives and monitors the clients’ complaints;
• Performs contractual conditions changes upon customer request complying with all company procedures;
• Performs stock movements in SUN program related to sold phones (custody) and/or sold accessories, and defective phones – swap.
• High school (University degree would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
• Very good analytical and problem solving abilities;
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities;
• Superior computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Good command of English;
• Customer service or sales experience would be an advantage.
