In this challenging position your focus will be on business development in Cluj Area. Our client is a leading manufacturer of products designed for factory and process automation industries that uphold uncompromising standards for reliability and functionality. Their extensive line of products includes advanced sensors, measurement, instrumentation, connectivity, interface and networks that meet clients' application demands. Main clients are from oil and gas industry, warehousing and logistics, automotive industry , food & beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and explore sales opportunities connected with the market potential in Cluj area;
Develop and support existing customers network;
Managing, interpreting and identifying customer requirements;
Technical and commercial offer preparation, design and planning for solutions proposed to the clients;
Offering advice and technical assistance for clients before and after sales process;
Achieve the turnover and strategic targets;
Assisting with customer complaints;
Advising and reporting to the Management on results, sales opportunities, threads, new market developments, competition.
University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automatics, or Mechanics);
Min 3 years working experience in automation industry process;
Sales experience in this filed is a plus;
Strong understanding of customer requirements;
Fluent in English/ Hungarian is an advantage;
Good communication, presentation skills and abilities to interact with all the clients;
Results orientated;
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Driving license B;
