* Create, submit, and maintain supplier orders
* Review sales confirmations sent by sourcing agents to ensure accuracy of pricing and delivery
* Resolve production / import issues as needed
* Verify orders received vs. orders shipped
* Review and approve factory / supplier invoices
* Analyze inventory levels to maintain certain levels
* Determine size breaks to fulfill customer requirements
* Prepare the binders for Buyer.
* Build and maintain collaborative partnership and communicate effectively with internal colleagues
* University degree
* Excelent knowledge of PC (Excel)
* Good knowlegde of English
* Ability to adapt and acquire new skills quickly
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Ability to work under pressure
