Responsible for managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the most optimum manner representing factory
-Interface with Sales Units
-Negotiating realistic and accomplishable PGI dates with Sales.
-Interacting with Production and Availability planning areas.
-Providing feedback to the factory regarding forecasts and market perspectives
-Active controlling of the daily order fulfillment realization incl. present customer priority list
-Customer Requirements Handling
-Tracking orders against confirmation
-Ensuring sufficient delivery orders for the factory
-Off-frame fulfillment
-Working with Planning / Production / Shipping
-Give best estimated GID for Backlogs
Individual Portfolio
Typically 2-4 years relevant experience, fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge.
University Degree in Economics or Logistics or corresponding working experience of approx. 3 years.
Communication, self discipline and organizational skills, stress tolerance, attention to details.
Proactivity, problems solving skilss, decision maker abilities.
IT knowledge (Windows Explorer, Excel, Power Point, Word);
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Fluent in Romanian and English.
Environment
Performs day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision.
Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction.
