- To perform variety of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports;
- To manage the various operational databases and exports;
- To provide data extracts from databases or operating systems for the operational areas in the agreed format and in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements;
- To maintain and update the exports and databases to keep up with changes to business;
needs and in line with system changes. This involves updating/creating macros /SQL Queries;
- To produce Management Information and reports, in a timely manner, based on the data extracts;
- Prepare Ad-hoc MI required by management.
- Proficiency in English language;
- University Graduate with at least 15 years of education;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, VBA knowledge will be an added advantage;
- Self disciplined and result oriented;
- Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability;
- Ability to multi task;
- Problem Solving;
- Data gathering ability / attention for detail;
- Coaching and Feedback.
