We are looking for an Client Relationship Manager to work in our consulting company at our Cluj office. Our clients are all UK based so a good level of English is essential. Our clients are mainly professional business people working in Law, IT and Finance and we provide support services to them such as administration, marketing and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
• answering calls and getting clients to sign up
• keeping in touch with clients and making sure they are happy
• making sure your clients pay on time
• dealing with complaints professionally
• setting up business meetings
• managing client expectations

As a Client Relationship Manager you will understand the value of client satisfaction, you will know how hard it is to acquire clients and you will know that if you are looking after them then you are being trusted with something very valuable.
You will understand that client relationship management is a sales role and you will be expected to deliver results.
You will need to sell yourself

You will need to sell your services
You will need to have a proven track record in building relationships and increasing client spending.
