Together with one of our clients, a multinational production company active in the construction industry, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative - Western & Central Area.
Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for the business parameters within the allocated area (volumes, prices, debts);
• Applies the global marketing plan;
• Maintaining a permanent relationship with the customers and developing the relations with them;
• Finding solutions according to the customers’ requests and makes sure the requests can be honoured by the company;
• Assuring a good delivery plan along with the logistics department;
• Developing the sales within the construction industry;
• Providing technical support and developing the sales within the allocated industries;
• Negotiating prices and payment conditions according to the company’s commercial politic;
• Informing the clients regarding all the commercial details: offers / prices / payment terms/ available stocks / data and technical solutions;
• Promoting the products by emphasizing their qualities;
• Identifying new business opportunities;
• Taking part in the investigation and solving of the complaints from the customers;
• Performing constant follow-up to the competition and the evolution of the market;
• Preparing daily commercial reports.
• University degree (preferably in the technical / construction field);
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales within the construction industry;
• Very good communication and negotiation abilities;
• Client-oriented person;
• Dynamic and pro-active personality;
• English knowledge (written and spoken);
• PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Willingness for team work and field work.
