For our Client, a very dynamic multinational company with 12 years experience on the Romanian Market, known as one of the leading players in its domain, we are searching for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER WEST AREA
who will have the following main Responsibilities:
- develop strategic relationships with implementation partners;
- coordinates for its area, according to the national sales politics, the following activities: distribution, sales and promotions;
- establish and supervise the sales and merchandising weekly objectives;
- coordinate the distribution process through partnership development with local distributors, in terms of sales targets, pricing policies, payment conditions etc;
- manage the coordination, performance assesment and motivation of his subordinates and distributors sales team.
Requirements:
- + 3 years on a similar position and + 5 years experience in FMCG products sales;
- history of quota performance in a direct sales position;
- the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment;
- experiences in budget management;
- must be able to present to a variety of different audiences;
- fluent verbal and written English is required;
- driving license and availability to travel very often;
- residence based in Cluj.
