RESPONSABILITATI

- Implementation of recruitment processes in concordance with the company recruitment plan;
- Document preparation – job description, posting internal / external job adverts;
- Manage and plan recruitment advertisements, advertise one or multiple vacancies / ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place;
- Identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations;
- Searching on professional and social portals in order to identify proper candidates;
- Candidate management - input applicant’s information into HR database; Cv screening, interview plan making, inform candidates;
- Assisting the HR department in updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies / identify new sources for qualified candidates;
- Attend internal and external recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus meetings, company presentations for students, workshops, company open days, s.o.;
- Pre- Interviewing and testing job seekers to build a pool of people ready to fill vacancies; using of questionnaires, psychological and aptitudinal tests;
- Matching candidates to suitable jobs;
- 'Headhunting'- finding and approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs;
- Arranging, coordinating and participating at interviews;
- Recruitment short-list elaboration and collaboration with the project managers regarding project finalization;
- Writing of periodical reports regarding recruitment processes;
- Handling other matters relating to recruitment and selection;
- In addition, perform general administrative duties for the HR department as well

WHAT WE EXPECT:

- B.S. or M.S. in Social Sciences (Psychology / Sociology)
- at least 1 year recruitment experience, working experience in HR field
- experience in IT related recruitment process is an advantage
- ability to work independently and in a team
- very good communicational and interpersonal abilities
- emphatic, open minded person
- dynamic, fast learner, motivated
- good English communicational skills (both written and oral) are mandatory
- Hungarian language skills - advantage
