We are currently searching for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources Department in order to identify, screen, interview, select and hire experienced candidates in IT field.
Responsibilities:
- Working in recruitment processes with strict dead-lines;
- Performing database mining and searching according to specifications;
- Preparing and placing external job advertisements and internal job postings;
- Reviewing applications and related documents, as assigned, to determine individual qualifications;
- CVs screening and HR interviewing;
- Permanently identifying new sources of potential candidates;
- Maintaining up to date the candidates’ database;
- Undertake administrative duties related with recruitment process.
Mandatory skills:
- Background within IT or HR area;
- Very good English, written and spoken;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- PC skills (MS Word, Excel).
Desirable skills:
- Previous recruiting experience;
- Experience with database mining and searching.
