RESPONSABILITATI

Job profile:

Coordinates, develops and implements recruitment strategy and recommends the best alternatives in order to meet staff needs;

Responsibilities:

Assuring the implementation and roll-out of the recruitment process according to the internal procedures;

Creates/develops the materials needed for the recruitment/selection process;

Performs and executes market studies referring work force trends according to the specific industry;

Makes recommendation to improve recruitment/selection process if needed;

Co-ordinates and organizes the entire recruitment and selection process for the existing vacancies in the assigned areas (from recruiting need identification to job offer), including:
- interviewing and testing candidates,
- making recommendations to line management referring to the candidate’s profile;,
- organizing administrative tasks related to recruitment,
- ensuring that all relevant information about applicants is recorded.

-Administration of the candidates' database and CV files;


CERINTE

Minimum 1 year experience on a similar position, preferably with an international company;
Good recruitment and selection techniques knowledge;
Training skills represent an asset;
University degree (preferably Psychology);
Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
Excellent communication skills, pro-active attitude;
