Mandatory
- Background in IT recruitment positions;
- Excellent communication and personal interaction skills as well as creativity and an ability to work with people with all levels of training, experience and work skills;
- Able to correctly anticipate the job requirements as well as to provide the correct information;
- Networking and interacting with businesses and individuals;
- Keyboarding skills, knowledge of databases and operating basic computer programs including spreadsheets;
- Experience in hiring, IT, business administration and management or human resources is also an asset;
- University Degree;
- Excellent English skills
