Responsible for the project development and a planning coordination;
Develops the projects together the company’s team;
Organises tenders for different works,
Connects the offers;
Makes the contracts;
Connects the documents and information’s;
Negotiates with the authorities and other partners the planning procedure;
Takes part to the planning meetings;
Explains the companies’ targets to the planers;
Leads the permits procedure;
Prepares time schedule, budget, reports;
Coordinates the working procedure with the plan documents.
Good understanding of the real estate development procedure;
Technical studies – preferable architecture graduate;
Proven management skills;
Very mobile and flexible;
English or German language is a must;
Very good communication skills.
