RESPONSABILITATI

Primary responsibilities:
•Managing the work of a number of engineers, providing leadership and guidance to others in technical and non-technical areas.
•Participating and influencing strategy and group line activities including presentation and recruitment.
•Coaching and implementation of the IIP process.
•Planning and coordination of team activities including specification, estimation, design, implementation, integration, delivery, etc Responsible for own work and that of team members.
•Managing own and others time to meet project priorities.
•Creation and monitoring of plans for activities in-line with project plans.
•Following process descriptions and advising others on their implementation.
•Co-ordination of all team activities. Major contributor to running of line activities (e.g. training, technical presentations).
•Permanent contact with team members, line manager, project manager, program manager.
•Contact with support functions, other sites, operations, etc. Develop in-Nokia and external network.

•Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Romanian languages.
