The iQ Tech Labs team drives innovation initiatives in iQuest. As a Research and Development Department Manager, leading this team you would be responsible for permanently challenging the environment we act in, generating new ideas and driving the team to its maximum innovation potential. Meeting market needs with internal delivery capacity would be the challenge, but this is what makes it fun. What will your responsibilities look like?

* Creation of partnerships for attaining internationally financed projects
* Effective department organisation (roles, structure, responsibilities)
* Research project management
* Establishment and execution of a medium and long-term strategy for the R&D department
* Training and experience as a researcher with an academic network of contacts (international is a plus)
* Should understand business processes

* Experience with projects financed by structural European funds (writing, attaining and participating in projects) with a duration of at least 2 years (international collaboration)
