- preparation of final statement of account

- have knowledge of building construction techniques and materials
- have a methodical approach to work and be well organized
- have budget management skills
- have good PC skills and an aptitude for math’s
- understand Building Regulations and other relevant legal guidelines
- have good communication and negotiating skills
- be able to work as part of a team
- finished Civil Engineer studies
- previous experience is required
