We are looking for great people to join us in this dynamic and international environment, for the Quality and Training Manager role!
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, coaching and maintaining quality systems and procedures according to Sykes and Samsung Account standards;
Developing, implementing and managing all training processes, information, development projects in the customer service center;
Coordinating the team of Account Trainers and Quality Specialists.
Higher/University educational qualification or equivalent;
At least 1 year experience in a similar function;
Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals;
Fluent in English.
