Italian General Ledger - job description

¿¿¿ You will be responsible for General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, reporting etc.), Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, amortization) and Cost Accounting.
¿¿¿ You will perform the closing and reporting under very tight deadlines
¿¿¿ Your responsibilities will also involve:
o Ensuring that trial balance is reconciled at all the times (bank transactions, fixed assets accounts, accounts receivable and payable transactions)
o Analyzing and book recurring, reclassification and allocation of journal entries;
o Closing & Reconciling sub ledgers: AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounts;

Candidate profile

¿¿¿ Near native fluency in Italian
¿¿¿ 2-8 years general accounting/General Ledger experience within a multinational environment
¿¿¿ CA/CPA/MBA Finance/ Accounting and Account qualifications
¿¿¿ knowledge of and experience with US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
¿¿¿ analytical, multitasking and project management skills.
