- Operate as a QA planner for Europe
- Schedule testing at Ranbaxy and contract testing laboratories in Europe
- Instruct NYK Logistics / supply chain on sample allocation and dispatch
- Track & trace samples and corresponding results for QP release
- Identify and resolve delays & issues affecting prompt QP release
- Monitor reference sample stocks and co-ordinate re-sampling when necessary
- Co-ordinate supply of reference standards and testing specs, STPs from Ranbaxy plants
- Plan testing capacities and timely method transfer
- Measure lab activities and generate KPI performance analysis
- University degree -ex:scientific/mathematics
- Relevant experience in a similar position (or in lab management position, sheduling activities regarding stocks
- Advanced level operating skills of Microsoft excel
- Advantage:
o Accomplished SAP user
o Experience of webLIMMS
- Very good communication skills in English
