RESPONSABILITATI

As a QA-Lead Engineer you will be involved in the software product development lifecycle with the Product Management ant Development Engineering Teams.The responsibilities are test planning,oversee and coordinate the testing execution of the software product.This position requires collaborative work with other functional organizations to achieve the quality and schedule targets.

What you will do:
-work within an Agile/Scrum development environment
-gain product expertise,quickly becoming a subject matter expert an the service that is being tested
-leading the team in planning,execution and reporting of testing activities based on agreed goals and requirements
-reviewing and improving the Test processes and tools
-collaborate with other stakeholders in testing activities
-lead test engineers(including external contractors)in the execution of test plans ,including providing technical support,troubleshooting problems and eliminating roadblocks to successful test completion
-actively involved in problem solving
-share knowledge and tutor/coach/mentor less-experienced pees and co-ops/interns
-maintain clear and effective communication with the team, Product Management ,Development


CERINTE

Required Skills and/or Knowledge:

-4-6 years leading R&D subproject or project work utilizing modern testing methods and techniques
-experience with the software development life cycle and SW testing, test processes and test tools
-experience leading a team of test engineers
-use of test management and error management tools
-the ability to plan testing and work closely with development team and other teams as necessary
-ability to prioritize tasks for short and long-term deliverables.
