RESPONSABILITATI

• Achieve high-quality results/deliveries through project management discipline and effective communication;
• Manage communication within the project team members and stakeholders; Act as a common point of contact among all stakeholders and offer consultancy in order to reach the project objectives in the agreed deadlines;
• Elaborates the Project Plan (actions to be taken, deadlines, cost estimation, needed resources) and ensures the implementation of the project based on the agreed timeline;
• Actively participates in the elaboration of the project documentation and ensures that the business requirements are properly reflected and in the functional and technical project documentation (if case identify and propose alternative solutions);
• Analyze, prioritize project tasks and reviews all changes so as to ensure that the project objectives (costs, timeline, resources) are maintained within the agreed boundaries;
• Identify and manage project issues and risks;
• Elaborates project progress materials and reports the project status to the stakeholders on a regular basis;
• Obtains sign off for the project documentation based on the agreed implementation solution and contractual provisions (if case);
• Ensures complete communication cycle both within and outside the project team (management, peers and other project stakeholders;
• Act as a facilitator for project team and stakeholders alike;
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.


CERINTE

• Minimum 5-years experience as Project Manager;
• University degree in Economics/ Technical domains;
• Attention to details, strong time-management skills;
• Being able to manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Proven ability of tracking, managing, and resolving multiple issues and risks efficiently;
• Strong interpersonal skills is a must, including presentation, meeting facilitation;
• In depth knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (MS Project, Visio, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word);
• Excellent business writing skills;
• Fluency in English both written and oral.

Will be considered an advantage:
• Certification in a project management methodology;
• Experience of managing, shaping and delivering large complex programmes in the area of financial services;
• Good understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design;
• Experience in agile frameworks.
