• Present and manage website development and marketing strategies that result in the achievement of the client’s business goals
• Manage client expectations regarding project scope, schedule, results and budget
• Analyze data from digital marketing initiatives, determine insights, and develop recommendations to optimize current and future tactics that will enhance website conversion
• Communicate strategic and innovative ideas to ensure the success of website development and marketing strategies
• Cultivate and nurture existing client relationships
• Promote and encourage new business opportunities with existing clients

Adecco Permanent Placement is hiring a Project Manager/Digital Manager, for one of its customers – one of the most known advertising agency based in Cluj Napoca with more than 15 years of experience on the market.
Our customer has been involved in various projects: visual identity, graphic design and printing, packaging, promo items, events as well as web design for some top companies in the Transilvania region, but not only: IQuest, BT Leasing, Emerson, Enegrobit, Transavia, or Nokia.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent relevant experience in related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management or marketing management
• Prior agency experience a plus, website development experience a big plus
• Must have experience with inbound marketing, SEO/SEM principles, keyword research, analytics tools, Google Adwords, Google+ Local, email marketing, social media, eCommerce and various content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once
• Teamwork and collaborative skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Negotiation and sales skills
