RESPONSABILITATI

General purpose:
This role involves managing and leading an R&D project/ program or product. In his/her area of responsibility acts as a lead to project/ program team. Coordinates, drives and highly motivates a team of engineers around a certain project/program towards successful finalization and delivery. This role demands effective project/program management experience. Responsible for project/program planning, tracking, realization, succesful delivery and utilization of resources inside own project/program. Will be a key contributor in prioritizing the project/programs and resources allocation for the entire site.

Main responsibility area:

Is responsible for successful execution of an R&D project/program. Provides leadership for project/ program – and software development teams. Prepares and keeps the budget frame for the project/program. Delfines metrics and KPIs for the project/program.
- Has to understand the business needs, deadlines, requirements and deliverables and to lead the local project/program team that has specialists from different competency areas;
- Has an active rol in planning and tracking the local WBS costs/ budgets, internal/outsourced human resources, necessary hardware etc.
- Responsible of creating and maintaining positive team spirit, built around the product/project/program;
- Planning, tracking and optimizing the work of the team around the project/program he/she is leading;
- Needs to work close to the managers of the competency areas to ensure that the resources (internal and/or outsourced) and competencies needed for the program are delivered in due time;
- Ensure that best processes/practices, which are recommended by the competency area managers, are implemented inside his/her program;
- Will provide input to the competency area managers, who have people from his/her program team, during the Performance Evaluation, Compensation Planning and Review, objective setting/review processes;
- Status reporting to the Business and to the Site Manager about the progress of tge project/program;
- Provides project/program status information to competency area managers and supports them in tracking assigned resources activities and performance;
- Flexible usage of resources of the team against changing challenges;
- Needs to work well with all stakeholders (Business; managers of competency areas, Site Manager; HR; their teams and others).


CERINTE

Individual Portofolio:
- Typically 8-12 years relevant experience. Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth). Degree.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
- Good understandinf knowledge of the global and local business strategy;
- Good techincal skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills;
- Motivational and leadership skills;
- Highly reliable, able to balance conflicting requirements and respond flexibly to changing prorities and timelines;
- Highly capable of prioritizing and dustributing workload effectively across the team;
- Excellent planning skills;
- Multi-site and multi-cultural environment work experience is a plus.
