- Create, implement and maintain multiple project plans utilizing online PM resources.
- Run daily/weekly meeting w teams to reinforce delivery schedules and identify launch gating items ¿ drive them to resolution
- Manage team resource allocation/scheduling across multiple projects; determine assignment priorities based on input from Team Leads and senior management
- Develop metrics and measurement process to evaluate timeliness and quality of development and product launches.
- Build positive relationships and trust over time through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation and by exceeding expectations.
- Partner with QA team to integrate product development and QA initiatives
- Provide status reports and timely documentation of activities and expenses for senior management
- Coordinate with project managers in client operations and systems to coordinate external

- You will play an integral role in helping vidavee/micronets bring its video web services products to market.
- We require a disciplined manager with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- You will manage cross-functional teams to stay on task and target, working with engineering, product management and systems teams.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a Software/Internet company. Prior experience as a Software Developer is preferred
- Strong organizational/project management skills. Demonstrated experience with project management software.
- Formal project management certification a plus (Prince/PMI)
- Ability to develop and monitor project schedules/timelines to identify and meet critical milestones.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace.
- Effective use of reading, writing, oral communications skills, presentation techniques, meeting mechanics, and team building techniques.
- University degree in Computer Science, MIS or other engineering discipline.
